Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (cash on delivery refunds are provided as cash upon pickup or exchange).
- Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund process to be completed.
Exchanges
- In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, exchanges may be offered instead of refunds, depending on product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
